Forming technology
Forming is a manufacturing procedure that is suitable for producing solid and hollow parts in medium to large quantities. Very high outputs can be achieved, particularly with more complex geometries and contours.
The most important forming methods are rolling, open-die forging, drop forging, extruding, deep drawing, and bending. With all of these methods, a blank part is brought into a different shape without removing any of the material. The material retains its weight and its composition.

Cold forming
This manufacturing procedure permits all plastically formable metals and their alloys to be used as the starting material. We offer our customers all types of cold forming technology, from single and dual presses, and from 2-stage to 6-stage forging presses. Hereby, and depending on the part’s diameter, the production speeds are 80…200 parts per minute. Rolling permits parts to be manufactured with standard and special threads, as well as parts fitted with captive washers.

Hot forming
This manufacturing procedure is used mainly to produce circular parts such as rings, hubs, flanges, and nuts, as well as asymmetric parts.

Open-die and drop forged parts
We supply forged parts to customer drawings in a wide range of shapes and dimensions, such as e.g. washers, perforated disks, hub plates, forged rods, shaped shafts, seamless rolled rings, blind, special, and ANSI flanges, forged rings, hollow-forged parts, and upset parts. Of course, we also offer our products in the rough or finished machined state.
